Submissions for applications for clearing permits are to be made within the time frame specified.
Submissions may be forwarded to the agency assessing the application, either the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) nvab@dmp.wa.gov.au or the Department of Water Environmental Regulation (DWER) nvp@der.wa.gov.au

Appeal against a decision:
Appeals against the decision on these applications must be made within 21 days of the date of the decision.
